Publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Saber Interactive have announced that SnowRunner is getting a Year 2 Pass consisting of four more seasons of post-launch content. The SnowRunner Year 2 Pass announcement coincided with the title’s Steam launch, after over a year of Epic Games Store exclusivity.
SnowRunner Season Pass 2’s existence likely comes as a result of the original being well received by fans. At least at a glance, the SnowRunner Year 2 Pass follows a rather similar structure. Here’s what we know about its schedule and the content of its seasons.
SnowRunner Year 2 Pass
The four Year 2 Pass phases promise “new vehicles, new maps, add-ons and more.” As August comes to a close, we now have an updated look at their schedule and features.
Alongside premium DLC, players can also look forward to various free additions, which include new cosmetics, a New Game+ mode, a mysterious Immersive Mode, as well as crossplay between all platforms.

SnowRunner Year 2 Pass Season 5: Build & Dispatch
SnowRunner’s fifth season arrives on September 9, 2021, sending players to the Rostov Oblast region. Located in western Russia, its two new “hill-type maps with mild slopes” challenge players with restoring and rebuilding a Tatra factory. Those who succeed gain access to the Tatra Force and Tatra Phoenix 8-wheelers which come with “signature adaptable axles.”
SnowRunner’s Season 5 also introduces new skins and stickers that will be available for all players. PC crossplay between Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store will also be introduced.
SnowRunner Year 2 Pass Season 6: Haul & Hustle
Snowrunner’s Season 6: Haul & Hustle has locked down its release date to December 7, 2021. It introduces two new maps set in the wintry forests of Maine, USA. You’ll also have two new vehicles to help you brave both mud and snow, in the shape of the Aramastu Forwarder and Tayga 6455B.
Your goal is to “establish and spearhead a logging operation,” in an undeveloped area. Limited access to supply and resources further up the challenge. You need to build up your garage as you complete missions and won’t be able to repair, refuel, buy, or upgrade vehicles at first. The season also brings with it SnowRunner’s photo mode alongside crossplay connecting PC and consoles with the exception of the Nintendo Switch.
SnowRunner Year 2 Pass Season 7: Compete & Conquer
Season 7’s release date is slated to occur on May 31, 2022. Players get to roam across a new summer map set in Burning Mill, Tennessee. This season also marks the debut of racing activities in SnowRunner, including time-trial events and checkpoint-based races, which allow you to compete against your friends and other players.
Two new vehicles are also on the way – the Gor BY-4 and Sprinter 43-19 – alongside a host of free goodies available to all players.
SnowRunner Year 2 Pass Season 8: Grand Harvest
SnowRunner’s second major expansion concludes the Year 2 Pass on October 13, 2022. Described as “the most ambitious content pack yet,” it adds a new region with four summer maps. Players are tasked with rehabilitating the region to allow for eco-conscious agriculture.
Once you bring the region back into shape, you can sow seeds and harvest crops. You’ll be able to do so using the Kirovets K-700 tractor and its modern K7M version alongside the Step 39331 Pike transport truck. Free content is also available, in the shape of new stickers, hood ornaments, truck add-ons, new mud tires, as well as a new game+ mode.
Purchasing the Year 2 Pass also gets you instant access to the Burning Bright Vinyl Wrap Pack, which adds four exclusive skins for the Azov 5319, Azov 73210, YAR 87, and Voron AE-4380 vehicles.
SnowRunner’s Year 2 Pass is priced at $24.99 or your regional equivalent across all platforms. Each of its four seasons will also be available for individual purchase.
