Tech Support: Error Unknown is a niche release that straddles the line between pure adventure and puzzle offerings, bringing up an experience that is rather unique, all things considered. Now, the devs are preparing a major new content update to give their experimental title a new chance to flourish.
Tech Support: Error Unknown content update is set to come out early next week, and will include both Endless and Zen modes of play, allowing you to heavily customise your playing sessions and goals. To celebrate the occasion, a weeklong discount is planned!
The major Tech Support: Error Unknown content update will be launching on 6th of May, which is next Monday, and will bring about two rather extreme revamps of the game's core gameplay mechanics. Endless Challenge mode will, for example, pit players against one another on online leaderboards. Featuring three unique challenge types (Speed, Time, and Perfection), players will get the chance to settle things once and for all.
Zen mode, on the other hand, will allow players to play for as long as they want to - solving tickets without the inherent possibility of losing their jobs. All of this will be coming to Tech Support free of any additional charge, and the players will also have the chance to make use of the 25% discount that will run from 6th to 13th of May on Steam.
If you're intrigued by the prospect of giving Tech Support a go, consider doing so next week.
