When will Terminator: Survivors be released on the PlayStation 5? Terminator: Survivors puts players in an open-world survival scenario set within the Terminator universe, which unfolds in the aftermath of Judgment Day.
Slated for early access on PC in 2025 after a delay to allow the team time to “build a post-apocalyptic world that lives up to the franchise,” you might also be wondering about plans for its release on the PlayStation 5.
Will Terminator: Survivors be released on PS5?
Nacon has confirmed that versions for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S are currently in development. However, these versions will not be available until the game exits early access, which we expect to happen in either 2025 or 2026.
Terminator: Survivors PlayStation 5 Release Date: 2026.
“He’ll be back!” 🦾🦿👁️ He warned… He’s back in Terminator: Survivors, available 2025, in Early Access on Steam, before taking the Xbox Series and PS5 by storm! 🤖” said NACON on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Terminator: Survivors will include a 4-player co-op multiplayer mode and a storyline that delves deeper into the lore surrounding Judgment Day and how humanity’s destiny was altered.
Players will have a home base to develop, with essential materials forming the foundation for building defenses, weapons, and equipment necessary to withstand the relentless assault of deadly Terminators lurking in the wilderness.
Crossplay support wasn’t mentioned between the PC and console versions, although we expect to find out more when it enters early access in 2025. Expect a full roadmap after the PC release, hopefully providing more details on the PS5.
