Uplay servers are currently experiencing a major outage over the last hour, starting small and quickly spiking. This may have something to do with their Ubisoft Forward conference that went into the pre-show at 7pm, but right now appears to be stopping people from logging in to their accounts.
Ubisoft have posted that they are “aware of an issue currently affecting logging in to Ubisoft Accounts and are working towards resolving this.” This said, there is no estimated timeline or reason given for the disruption at the moment.

Ubisoft are currently aware of the issues and are working to fix them, with services currently down across the board, including Rainbow Six Siege, The Crew 2 and The Division 2.
