Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader launches at the end of an exceptional year for cRPGs and, should purifying the Koronus Expanse in the name of the Emperor sounds good to you, chances are that you’re wondering whether or not the title will be released on Xbox or PC Game Pass.
A potential Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader PC Game Pass release would not only make it easier for all players to try out Owlcat Games’ latest effort thanks to its lower cost of entry, but may also convince players who might be worried about its dense ruleset to give serving the Emperor a shot.
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader Xbox Game Pass
Unfortunately, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader will not be available on PC or Xbox Game Pass when it launches in early December 2023.
Microsoft’s subscription service was not mentioned during the game’s pre-launch marketing campaign. In addition, the batch of announced titles joining its library in the first half of December do not include the Owlcat Games-developed cRPG.

This, of course, means that those of us looking to play the title as soon as possible will have to opt for a traditional purchase.
At the same time, it is worth keeping in mind that new games join the service regularly.
We could see Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader making its way to PC or Xbox Game Pass at some point further down the line, given how the title is available on both platforms.
It’s hard to estimate if or when that might happen, but Microsoft and Owlcat Games will surely release an announcement to signal their partnership, should it occur.
That is what we know about whether or not Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is available on PC or Xbox Game Pass.
