Finding it is made particularly easy by the fact that you’ll get a message from an unidentified source that’s in danger of being eaten by people. The name definitely checks out.
Once you’re near, you’ll learn that Cannibal Jamboree is actually an old quarry carved out of a canyon. Inside, you’ll encounter Rollan Giff who’ll extend a friendly invitation to his barbecue.
Wasteland 3’s Cannibal Jamboree location is well worth exploring, so take your time to learn about what’s going on inside there. Rollan is also the NPC from which you can pick up the Head Hunter sidequest.
