Smite 2 lets players become a god with its third-person action MOBA gameplay, but will you be able to wage war using the Geforce Now streaming service when it launches on the 27th of August.
Support for Nvidia GeForce Now in Smite 2 would allow players with the sequel but limited by older hardware to enjoy high-quality visuals on the battlefield without the need for a powerful PC. Instead, a robust internet connection and an active subscription to the cloud streaming service are all that’s required.
Does Smite 2 support GeForce Now on launch?
Ahead of launch later this month, publisher Hi-Rez Studios hasn’t clarified whether or not Smite 2 will join the growing list of GeForce Now-supported games.
- Smite 2 GeForce Now support: Currently unknown, but expected to be supported due to the original being available on the service.
The original Smite is available on the service, so Hi-Rez Studios should be open to putting it on the service at some point, although it may not be until it fully launches.
Multiplayer and co-op enthusiasts can also look forward to the inclusion of crossplay, a feature that any multiplatform release can benefit from.
