Just Add Water 'still planning' Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus remake, figuring out 'special stuff' to add
In an interview with PlayStation Access, Oddworld creator Lorne Lanning reveals his studio Just Add Water are still in the planning stages for the announced remake of 1998's Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus. The team are trying to think what 'special stuff' they can add to improve it, much like Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty! which infused the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee with features from Exoddus.
Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty launches today on PC, Linux and Mac
The "built from scratch" remake of the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee is releasing today on PC. Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty is finally available for desktop gamers having already released on PS4 back in July 2014. Much of the original team worked on this next-generation version of the classic PS One game, and even supports the old control layouts for extra nostalgia. Achievements and leaderboards join the fight.
