More Empire: Total War Mods
This mod will enable the Royal Family Panel for monarchies. Just put this mod in your Empire Total War's Data folder. Then use the mod manager found here, http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=240335, to add the mod to the mod load script
