Indie developer Vlambeer has announced that their retro-style action-RPG, Serious Sam: The Random Encounter, will be hitting Steam and some other digital distributors in mid-October. The game finds Serious Sam battling legions of bizarre creatures alongside his oddball cast of mercenary friends. The budgetware will run gamers a mere $4.99 USD.
