If you enjoyed Stray, but want to mix it with a bit of The Untitled Goose, you will want to look out for this feline treat when it launches later this week on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch.
Little Kitty Big City follows a cat lost on the streets of Japan, where your feline curiosity might land you in trouble as you should be finding your way home.
Double Dagger Studio, the developer of the game, says players will be able to meet a cast of “chatty animals,” interacting with various other creatures throughout the adventure.
You can take a nap in the sunshine or find a way home, it’s completely up to you in this open world.
When is Little Kitty Big City Releasing and what's it about?
Little Kitty Big City doesn’t follow a linear path, allowing you to explore and complete quests at your own pace. You can choose to get into mischief with city dwellers or lend a helping paw to your animal friends.
In gameplay trailers and screenshots, we’ve seen the black cat protagonist interacting with various animals, accepting quests from crows, chatting with foxes, and attempting to rescue a young chick stuck in a washing machine at the laundrette.
The release date was revealed during the recent Nintendo Indie Word broadcast, confirming that it’s coming to the PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on the 9th of May.
Why isn't Little Kitty Big City releasing on PS5?
Double Dagger Studio has not made any official comments regarding a PlayStation 5 release, so it appears that the game is not currently in development for Sony’s platform. We will keep you updated and inform you of any changes following the release.
