Longbow Games sets up Kickstarter campaign for Hegemony 3: Clash of the Ancients
Hegemony creator Longbow Games has taken to Kickstarter to try and fund the next game in its strategy series, Hegemony 3: Clash of the Ancients. Ambush your enemies with the Advanced Tactics Pack for Hegemony Rome
The very best way to defeat an enemy, as every general knows, is to hide in a bush with a bow and arrow and shoot him several times when he stops for a toilet break. The new Advanced Tactics Pack for Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar adds six units that specialise in this ignoble but effective style of warfare, and it's out now.
Mercenaries DLC out now for Hegemony Rome: The Rise Of Caesar
Those legionnaires are pretty competent and all, but it's a bit boring going around conquering Gaul with just one unit, isn't it? Well, developer Longbow Games agrees, and it's just released a new Mercenaries DLC pack for Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar. Cough up $4.99 and you can hop over to your faction's Mercenary Outpost building to recruit six new troops from across Europe.
Free Bannermen DLC for Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar
Today the micro-DLC Bannermen is released for free by Longbow Games for Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar. This new content adds some cosmetic touches to veteran units on the battlefield. It includes "four fully-animated units" with the Roman Aquilifer and the Gallic Hornblower among them. They integrate into veteran units for a small morale boost. It's a 'thank you' from the devs.
