As promised, the open beta for Orcs Must Die! Unchained is now live. Anyone can register to play Robot Entertainment's MOBA pitting orcs against humans.

Robot Entertainment has announced that with the successful closed beta stress test this past weekend, Orcs Must DIe! Unchained, the MOBA version of their popular tower defense action game, will be going into open beta next week on March 29th.

Robot Entertainment has announced that Orcs Must Die! and its sequel will be 90% off on Steam this week, in a sale running from today to the 28th February. The sale is timed to get gamers still unacquainted with the third person shooter/tower defense hybrid ready for the studio's ambitious new MOBA, Orcs Must Die: Unchained, which has an open beta coming to Steam soon.
2.7 patch now available for Orcs Must Die! Unchained
Publisher GameForge has announced that a new patch, version 2.7, is now available for Orcs Must Die! Unchained, which is currenlty in closed beta. The main gameplay mode of the game is a card-collecting MOBA using the mechanics of the original games, but the update adds some additional old-school Survival mode content including 50 challenges for the player to complete.
Zoe the magic apprentice joins the cast of Orcs Must Die! Unchained in latest update
Zoe the magic apprentice is the latest hero character to make an appearance in Robot Entertainment's free-to-play online tower defence game Orcs Must Die! Unchained. The "wet behind the ears" student offers a slightly less refined take on magical attacks - hers do random elemental damage, and if that doesn't work she hits people with her spellbook. She's also got a pet fire-bat called Phoebe, who chips in with her own attacks.
